In 1995 I started the first home staging company in Nashville, Tennessee, Prix de Solde.

It was a full-service staging company that provided any service needed to get a home ready for the market. For 17 years, I worked on an average of 100 houses a year. The majority of the time the homes were occupied by the homeowners. This led me to become an incredibly sensible designer, sensitive to how design and real life must work together.

There are not many situations I have not seen. In 2012, I sold my home staging business and devoted my time to client-focused efforts.

I believe a designer should be an advocate for their clients, focusing on what really makes them happy.

Timeless design is the goal. Digging deep into design to create spaces where people can flourish for years is exciting. Once your ideas are established, my job is to be a fierce protector of your wishes.

When asked what my style is, my answer is always “Whatever my client’s style is.” I love creating from my clients' visions. Using nature and art as guides, the results are extremely satisfying.

In my career I have produced art shows, dance videos, worked in fashion, invented and patented an eyewear brand, designed charity events, and supported artists and craftsmen wherever I am working. I have worked coast to coast, from New York office spaces to a mid-century marvel in California. Being a problem solver is at my core, it is my passion.

On the website there is also an “Advocacy" page, where consultation and coaching is offered. I have helped a handful of people with their business ideas so I added this category. I often quip that I should start a business called

“It Is None Of Your Business“

because I simply love being involved and included in other people's careers, figuring out how to champion for people living the life they want to, doing what they feel called to do is pretty enticing.
