Jack and Daria bought a fantastic NYC property. T I created design boards that included paint color, wall treatments, window treatments, carpets, custom artwork, and furniture. I created a budget so they knew how much we were spending. I collaborated with craftsmen, furniture reps, and artists to deliver a fully furnished and ready to inhabit 4000 square foot beautifully decorated home in record time.

**Let’s just say Bob’s contractor made a huge error and bailed on a complete rebuild. 

With a great set of plans, I was able to pull permits and get a 5,000-square-foot farmhouse built in 9 months. I designed, hired, and managed subcontractors, and worked with inspectors, craftsmen and trades to ensure the plans were executed well. Could not be more proud of my design-build efforts. Bob’s pretty happy too.
